My Everyday Make-Up Routine

As a student, no matter how stress we are, we can't let the world know that we're close to giving up. We have to stand up, be confident, walk beautifully, and show your fresh and "not-so-stress-and-haggard" face especially in the morning. Here is my simple go-to-school make up routine for my everyday look.

1. Well, I use Cetaphil as my facial moisturizer. I'm not really fond of using primer, and since I'm just going to school, I prefer using BB Cream. I use iWhite's BB.Holic Everyday BB Cream since it has a sheer coverage, moisturizing, and actually has a soft velvety feels and finish. I use my fingers to blend it on my skin.

 2. Of course, I have to hide those dark circles under my eyes so I can avoid being called "Panda" by my classmates, so I use San San's Olive-Shade Concealer, and Maybelline's Fit Me Sand-Shade Concealer to match it with my skin color. San San has a very think coverage by the way, and since the shade of Fit Me Sand is way lighter than my color, it acts as a highlighter. I use Miniso's Makeup Blender to blend the concealer into my skin.

3. I have to set my whole face with powder first so that the creams that I initially applied will stay on its place and not smudge or mix around my face. I either use of my two pressed powders, Maybellines's SuperWhite Fresh, or Nichido's Pressed Powder. I can say that Nichido's have a nice and bright coverage, however, it feels sticky and not oil-controlled. Whereas, Maybelline's have a more oil-controlled finish, feels fresh and smooth. Nichido is way cheaper than Maybelline. And I usually use them both, I apply Maybelline's first, then finish it up with Nichido's.

4. For fresher, looking "kinikilig"-"inspired"-"blooming"-"mestiza-effect" look, I tend to use a natural pinkish powder blush on. I use Ever Bilena's Advance Contour and Blush Palette for my look.

5. For someone who have "siopao" face like me, contour is everything! If we have no time for diets, contouring is our only option hahaha. Since this contour product that I have, L'Oreal Infallible Pro-Contour has its own brush, it's more efficient to bring everyday. The brush was made for easier application of the contour and highlight, with the techniques instructed at the back packaging.

6. I don't normally use highlighter, but if I feel "mataray" and "bongga" for the day, I use my Mac Highlighter. Mayghad, it's so pak na pak with the help of my fan brush. Looking so bright and glam, gurl!

7. I can lose all those contours, blush, highligts, but never my pressed powders and lip tints or lip sticks! I have a very pale lips, and it makes my look like I'm sick if I don't have anything on my lips. So, lip products are a must for me. I usually moisturize my lips first with the help of Vaseline's Lip Therapy, and it also serves as a barrier for any lip tints or sticks that I am about to apply on my lips. Next, I use AT. Organics Lippen in the shade of Tangerine (which is not really common for others) because duh, I love them! Then if I have a darker mood, I switch to any darker nude lip sticks of Maybelline ( I have atleast 3, I think). Here's a photo of me wearing my Tangerine-shade lip tint, hihihi I so love it!

So, here's my everyday make up routine, "Kilay is Life"? No, I love make ups but I still don't know how to kilay. I don't use mascara too since this is only my everyday look, and a mascara on my lashes tend to smudge all over my under eyes and that makes me look like a panda. However, no matter how presentable you look, if you doesn't smell right, you're doing it wrong! That's why I always make sure that I use my body mists to smell good.  Bath & Body Works fits me perfectly, especially that I like sweet and refreshing smells. So, that's all for my everyday make up routine! :)
